Gavin Mulcahy | Managing Director

Gavin co-founded the company in 2005. Prior to this he spent seven years working as the operations manager for a UK property company. Gavin ensures that the company is always smoothly run and that everybody adheres to our stringent standard operating procedures. Gavin’s work ethic and love for his job is infectious for the rest of the Get Let team.
He is a member of IPAV and is a fully licensed sales and lettings negotiator with the PSRA. In 2025 he became a TEGOVA Residential Valuer, the highest residential valuation certification in Europe.
Michelle joined our team in May 2018, shortly after taking time out to see the world. Michelle has a strong background in administration and has proven herself to be an excellent lettings negotiator. Michelle’s appetite for success is clear to all who meet her.
Michelle has completed the Higher Certificate in Real Estate (Valuation, Sale and Management) in TU Dublin (in collaboration with IPAV) with a distinction grade. She is also a member of IPAV and is a fully licensed sales and lettings negotiator with the PSRA.
Martin joined Get Let in 2017 after completing a Masters Degree in the National College of Ireland. A people person with a desire to work hard alongside a strong background in sales and management, Martin made himself an integral part of our team within his first month of joining the team. We consistently receive positive feedback from landlords and tenants about Martin.
Martin completed the Higher Certificate in Real Estate (Valuation, Sale and Management) in TU Dublin (in collaboration with IPAV) in 2023.
Maria joined the Get Let Letting Agents team in early 2022 and has gone from strength to strength since her arrival. She has an extensive background in property, having worked for Housing Together for two years and then another letting agency.
Maria gained a distinction when completing the Higher Certificate in Real Estate (Valuation, Sale and Management) in TU Dublin (in collaboration with IPAV) in 2024.
Diana joined the team in the beginning of 2022 with over 10 years in a managerial role in the hospitality sector. Her background has given her great experience working in fast paced environments and has provided her with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Diana completed the Higher Certificate in Real Estate (Valuation, Sale and Management) in TU Dublin (in collaboration with IPAV) in 2023.
Darren joined Get Let in the second half of 2016. Prior to this Darren worked in fleet and property management for eight years. Darren has a Degree in Business and an appetite to please people. Darren currently heads up the maintenance division of Get Let. He has gained enormous knowledge of property maintenance and recently successfully integrated Acquaint Maintenance CRM into our company.
Darren completed the Higher Certificate in Real Estate (Valuation, Sale and Management) in TU Dublin (in collaboration with IPAV) in 2024.
Aoife joined Get Let in 2011. Aoife ensures that the back office runs smoothly, that all sales adhere fully to our standard operating procedures and that we maintain our highest standards at all times. She is a queen of efficiency.
Aoife received honours in her degree studying Business, Economics and Social Studies at Trinity College Dublin in 1996.
Carol joined us in August 2024 with her primary focus on processing payments in a timely and efficient manner.
Carol was a Business Manager in Santander Bank in Brazil for six years before moving to Ireland four years ago where she held one previous role in general administration and accounts. Carol is genuinely interested in her work and is always seeking to learn and improve methods. She has taken to her new role extremely quickly and is already a key member of the Get Let team.
David joined Get Let in early 2016. He has a strong background in maintenance and immediately established himself into our team. Dave’s primary role is to carry out routine inspections of our property portfolio. His knowledge combined with his warm personality and bright outlook on life make him highly suitable for this role.
Amy joined the team in June 2024 to assist with our growing administration requirements. She came from a 2-year position in banking working on the anti-money laundering team which has given her excellent attention to detail. Amy works closely alongside property managers and the maintenance division and she has immersed herself into the team seamlessly.
In 2025 she begins her studies in Real Estate (Valuation, Sale and Management) in TU Dublin (in collaboration with IPAV).
Pierce joined us in June 2025 to contribute to our maintenance and administration department. With a background in law and business, he’s quick to tackle any challenge and is continuously finding opportunities to learn and improve. In just a short time, Pierce has become a key part of the Get Let team.
Wagner joined the Get Let team in June 2025, bringing with him a wealth of experience in maintenance. Wagner’s role is to assist with general maintenance His warm and positive attitude has quickly made him a valuable member of the team.
