2021.
In January 2021 we decided to create entirely new standard operating procedures for every aspect of our business. This has been a time consuming, laborious project but we are certain that it has raised the standards of every aspect of our company.
In May 2021, we invested in new inspection software called Inventory Base, this is state of the art technology and we are their first Irish clients. Besides offering us more detailed inventories and inspection reports, it also enables us to carry out virtual inspections with our tenants. So this allows us to ensure that our managed properties are kept in good order during lockdown periods.
2020.
Maria Lupu joins us as our second property inspector, making us a team of eleven people.
Despite Covid-19 we are set to take on our 600th property under management this year.
We invest in two ‘virtual tour’ cameras in order to evolve with how Covid-19 has changed things.
2019.
We invest in EasyInspection, an app which enables us to create detailed photo inventories and inspection reports.
Eoin Gunning, a student of Property Economics in Bolton Street, joins us on an internship. He joins our team on a part time basis while completing his studies.
We upgrade to Fixflo Plus which enables tenants and landlords to login and view maintenance issues as they are being dealt with, thus offering further transparency.
We upgrade our office phone system.
We take up sponsorship of St. Oliver Plunkett Eoghan Ruadh ladies minor football team.
2018.
To keep up with our growing portfolio Sarah Dowling and Michelle Hoare join our team.
2017.
Martin Toth joins the team from a strong sales background, working on our marketing and helping with administration.
We invested in Fixflo, an app for tenants to log maintenance issues through which facilitates 41 different languages.
2016.
Get Let purchases its Smithfield office.
In the same year Dave Harris and Darren Fitzgerald join our company.
Our business begins to grow at a considerably faster pace as a result of our investment.
2015.
Due to continued requests from our landlords to sell properties on their behalf, we decide to open our sales division, Get Property Estate Agents.
2014.
Julia Volodtchenko joins our business as an administrator.
We also hire our first property inspector.

Gavin talks his wife, Aoife, into joining the company as our office manager. Aoife immediately also takes on the role of financial controller.

Gavin talks his longstanding friend Ryan O’Shaughnessy into joining the business due to its continued growth.

Gavin Mulcahy & Shane Hudson establish Get Property Limited.
Our initial focus is to create the best letting agency in Dublin, Get Let.

The Get Let team is a group of extraordinarily hard workers who take pride in offering the highest standard of letting and management. We truly are a team; we enjoy where we work, what we do and what we achieve together.
Gavin co-founded the company in 2005. Prior to this he spent seven years working as the operations manager for a UK property company. Gavin ensures that the company is always smoothly run and that everybody adheres to our stringent standard operating procedures. Gavin’s work ethic and love for his job is infectious for the rest of the Get Let team. He is a member of the IPAV and is a fully licensed sales and lettings negotiatior with the PSRA.
Ryan joined the company in 2008 and excelled from day one, his warm personality and background in hotel management make him perfect for this industry. Ryan completed the TU Dublin Higher Certificate in Business in Real Estate (valuation, sale and management) with a distinction grade. Ryan has earned a reputation in the industry for being one of the best letting agents in Dublin. He is a member of the IPAV and is a fully licensed sales and lettings negotiator with the PSRA.
Sarah joined our team in March 2018. Having worked for Irish Relo (Dwellworks) for five years and with another estate agency prior to this, she has a strong background in property. Sarah has completed the Higher Certificate in in Real Estate (Valuation, Sale and Management) in TU Dublin (in collaboration with IPAV) with a distinction grade. She is also a member of the IPAV and is a fully licensed sales and lettings negotiator with the PSRA.
Martin joined Get Let in 2017 after completing a Masters Degree in the National College of Ireland. A people person with a desire to work hard alongside a strong background in sales and management, Martin made himself an integral part of our team within his first month of joining the team.
Eoin completed his degree in Property Economics Valuation Surveying in the Dublin Institute of Technology in 2019. He joined the company in 2018 on a part time basis and from day one showed ability well beyond his years. Eoin has a great combination of a determination to succeed and a desire to do what is best for his clients, he is a great fit for our company. He joined us on a full time basis when he obtained his degree and is a fully licensed sales and lettings negotiator with the PSRA.
Michelle joined our team in May 2018, shortly after taking time out to see the world. Michelle has a strong background in administration and has proven herself to have a magnificent ability to learn and excel with us. Michelle has recently completed the Higher Certificate in in Real Estate (Valuation, Sale and Management) in TU Dublin (in collaboration with IPAV) with a distinction grade. She is also a member of the IPAV and is a fully licensed sales and lettings negotiator with the PSRA.
Darren joined Get Let in the second half of 2016. Prior to this Darren worked in fleet management for eight years. Darren has a degree in business and an appetite to please people. Darren currently heads up the maintenance division of Get Property. He has gained an enormous knowledge of property maintenance and recently successfully integrated Fixflo Plus into our company.
David joined Get Let in early 2016. He has a strong background in maintenance and has immediately established himself into our team. David's primary role is to carry out routine inspections of our property portfolio. His knowledge combined with his warm personality and bright outlook on life make him highly suitable for this role.
Julia joined Get Property in 2014 on a part time basis after completing a diploma in business. It became apparent within one week that Julia was highly efficient and proficient in all aspects within our office. She now works full time for Get Property and is a valuable member of our team. She ensures that all accounts are continuously reconciled, that monies received are in the correct accounts and that rent received is paid quickly to landlords.
Aoife joined Get Let in 2011 as office manager. Aoife ensures that the back office runs smoothly, that maintenance issues are addressed quickly, invoices are paid within the required time frame and deals with all those things that require doing in order for the company to maintain its high standards. Aoife ensures that the company is run prudently at all times, she ensures that we remain a debt and loan free company.
